How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (2-3 days) depends on your location and will be reflected in your cart when you place an order. Orders greater than $49 ship free throughout the US. Need your order sooner? There is also a Priority Mail shipping option.

When will my order ship?

Since most orders are customized based on your needs, production time usually runs around 2-4 business days (M-F). we generally ship through USPS and it takes 3 days on average for products to arrive. If you need your item sooner please email us at before you place your order. There is also a Priority Mail shipping option.

Uh oh, USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. We wish we could help more but we are not able to track them down on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.



Will my child's name look good on your products?

Of course! All of our products are designed to order with the details you provide. Although we use a standard template to design each item, we adjust each individual order to make sure your little one's name is the star of show. Because names vary in length, the exact size and placement of your little one's name may vary from what's shown in the photos. 

Do you offer custom colors?

All font colors can be customized to suit your needs. If you're looking to coordinate with a specific item you picked for your nursery, send us a photo of it before you purchase and we'll see what we can do.

I looked at my order and realized I spelled my little one's name wrong, please help!

If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email us at within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to make sure it gets corrected. We are not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours, please still reach out to us. We may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.



Given the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase) on personalized products.

We have a 30-day return policy on items that are NOT PERSONALIZED, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
